With a career spanning over 30 years, Phillip played pivotal roles at Amazon.com and Walmart.com during their explosive growth phases. At Amazon, he spearheaded the launch of key categories that transformed the company into “The Everything Store,” including being promoted to Category Leader for the strategically crucial Health and Personal Care Store and Amazon Fresh launches. Later, at Walmart.com, he managed a multi billion-dollar P&L and led a team of over 350 employees across multiple locations. His expertise in strategic launches, P&L management, and navigating high-growth environments has been instrumental in shaping the digital retail landscape.

Starting his career in public accounting at Deloitte LLP, he holds a CPA license in the state of California and an MBA from Leavey School of Business at Santa Clara University.
